Return Policy

Mobile Tech Support does not warranty software, or the maintenance of software settings. There is a 30 day limit on returns, a 30% restocking fee, and all items are returned at current resale value. Labor is non-refundable.

No returns or exchanges without an invoice and complete packaging will be accepted. Software may only be exchanged for the same item, if defective - NO RETURNS on software. All returns are for in-store credit only. NO REFUNDS. All parts sold by Mobile Tech Support come with a 1 year warranty, unless stated above.

Mobile Tech Support does not honor or extend any respective warranties on parts that we purchase from a 3rd party vendor on the client's behalf.  Any item purchased from a 3rd party on your behalf will be noted on the invoice and are NOT RETURNABLE to Mobile Tech Support.  We would be happy to provide you with the 3rd party receipt for you to return the item to the place of purchase.

All static-sensitive parts need to be returned in an anti-static bag, or the warranty is VOID. Defective parts must be returned to the storefront in person, Mobile Tech Support does not provide on-site repairs under warranty unless an extended warranty is purchased. Extended warranties only cover onsite labor for defective parts; clients must pay labor charges on any software / unrelated issues that we examine.

Mobile Tech Support is not responsible for any compatibility problems that may arise as a result of either hardware and/or software issues. Mobile Tech Support is not responsible for data loss of any kind; clients are required to backup all data before any work is performed on their system(s).

Used products/materials, if sold, are sold "AS IS" (no warranty); although, items are demonstrated to be in good working order.
